Job summary

Flight Club is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily service, uphold company standards, and elevate the guest experience in a vibrant darts venue. You will oversee a shift, coach team members, ensure beverage and food service excellence, manage costs, and partner with the General Manager to deliver memorable moments for every guest.

This exempt, full-time role requires a background check, weekend availability, and a strong passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs of customer service or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Required food, alcohol, and allergen certification maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Create Positive Energy: Ensure consistent execution of food, beverage, service and hospitality to standards.
• Inspires the team through coaching, development, and training.
• Be Consistent and Fair: adaptable leadership and open to feedback.
• Show Urgency: manage costs via scheduling and inventory in partnership with GM.
• Own FOH operations as assigned by General Manager.
• Lead with independence and as part of the team to meet operational goals.
• Ensure guest experience is exceptional and service standards are met.
