Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Danish-speaking Fitbit Support Specialist to join a world-leading technology company in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide exceptional customer support to Danish users via phone, email, and chat, assisting with setup, troubleshooting, and health tracking features.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Danish, have basic English, understand iOS/Android, and demonstrate empathy and teamwork.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with device setup, syncing, troubleshooting, and account-related enquiries.
• Help users understand Fitbit features, apps, and health tracking capabilities.
