Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers with a strong understanding of local cultural context to support AI training and evaluation projects.

You'll work across diverse task types, including evaluating prompts and AI-generated outputs, reviewing and correcting text, analyzing multimedia content, and contributing voice recordings. This role emphasizes careful judgment, accuracy, and cultural awareness.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language is required.
• Strong command of English is essential for accurate evaluation.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to categorize content accurately.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs across tasks.
• Review and correct text, analyze multimedia content, and contribute voice recordings as needed.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
