Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers with a strong understanding of local cultural context to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs, review and correct text, and analyze multimedia content, contributing voice recordings where needed.

As an independent contractor, you’ll deliver concise, structured annotations, apply guidelines consistently, and participate in calibration and QA to ensure aligned scoring and high-quality results

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable with textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and accurate content categorization.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs as required.
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local tone and market fit.
• Identify artefacts, style inconsistencies, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA.
