Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a part-time staff member for The Dance Factory in Fairfield, CA. You will serve as the primary contact for students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 2:00–8:00 PM; Saturdays 8:30 AM–12:00 PM. Pay is $20 per hour, with a 401(k) with company matching after 3 months and health benefit packages for part- and full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and a self-starter with strong customer service mindset.
• Interest in dance and dance education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting students and families arriving for classes and directing them as needed.
• Responding to scheduling and enrollment related phone calls and emails from students and families.
• Interfacing with teachers and other staff and helping with events.
• General administrative tasks as needed.
