Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer The Dance Factory in Fairfield, CA. You will be the primary contact for students, families and teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 2:00–8:00 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM–12:00 PM. Responsibilities include greeting arrivals, answering scheduling and enrollment inquiries, coordinating with teachers, and handling general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset.
• Interest in dance and dance education would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greeting students and families arriving for classes and direct them as needed.
• Responding to scheduling and enrollment related phone calls and emails from students and families.
• Interfacing with teachers and other staff and helping with events.
• General administrative tasks as needed.
