Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth operations of the studio.
• Hire, train, schedule and manage front desk staff.
• Maintain supplies and inventory and handle studio repairs.
• Oversee student accounts including reminders and tuition collection.
• Provide timely updates to the Executive Director.
• Manage rental and event bookings via DanceStudio Pro and Peer Space.
• Ensure adequate staffing and schedule for all activities.
