Job summary

Prince William County Department of Parks & Recreation is seeking an organized professional to support the SBDCRC School of Dance. The role helps manage a program with 60+ weekly classes, two recitals, and several events, requiring creativity and strong time-management.

Ideally 5+ years of dance teaching, 2+ years in administration, and a degree/certification in dance. Daytime work with some evenings and weekends is expected; starting hourly range shows competitive pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 8th grade education and 0-12 months of related experience.
• Prefers 5+ years of dance teaching experience and 2+ years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dance Coordinator with the management of the SBDCRC School of Dance.
• Contribute to growth of a dynamic dance program and coordinate events and classes.
