Job summary

ASE Global Bridges is seeking a Coordinating Director to lead year-round operations for its New York dance programs and the 5–6 week summer residency on the Manhattan campus.

The role requires strong organizational and relationship-management skills, with travel and on-site residence during the summer. Applicants with arts administration experience and a passion for dance are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating programs for youth or arts administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, administrative, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing payments and family communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outreach and relationships with dance schools, teachers, vendors, and program partners.
• Manage program enrollment, including family communication, payment receivables, and enrollment forms.
• Prepare program manuals, forms, and other operational materials.
• Engage and negotiate with program vendors.
• Coordinate multiple program priorities, timelines, and stakeholders throughout the year.
• Oversee operations during the 5–6 week summer program in Manhattan.
• Manage approximately 10–15 summer staff.
• Support approximately 150 student dancers, ages 15–22.
• Communicate with dancers’ families and liaise with venues and vendors.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and well-organized program environment.
• Report to ASE’s Vice President.
