Job summary

92NY's Harkness Dance Center seeks a Program Manager for the Dance Education Laboratory (DEL) to coordinate workshops, courses, and institutes across New York City and beyond. You will collaborate with the School of Dance, Artists in Residence, Nursery School, Parenting Center, and School Engagement to streamline programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Dance or Dance Education; MA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support administration for DEL workshops, course intensives, asynchronous courses, and DEL Institute.
• Create event bulletins and rosters; review registrations in Tessitura and Traction.
• Oversee DEL payroll submissions and invoicing with Finance/Administration.
• Draft Letters of Agreement and Scope of Work with Legal and DEL Leadership.
• Support the development of content for Learning Management System and Resources Library Initiative.
• Assist with DOE NYC contractual programs including PreK Create and professional learning.
• Collaborate with Marketing and external firms to brand and promote DEL programming nationally and globally.
• Coordinate events and processes for student college credit with SUNY Empire State University.
• Coordinate on- and off-site DEL events and conferences; facilitate Arnhold Summer Fellows.
• Develop program evaluation tools; maintain relationships with peer arts organizations.
• Coordinate photography and videography for DEL events.
• Support patron registration and experience.
