Job summary

DivaDance in the United States seeks a persuasive individual for a Membership Sales position. You will change lives through promoting our dance class membership while connecting with clients, onboarding new members, and enhancing their experience. The role requires hosting 1-2 classes per week, primarily in Boston, with a compensation of $15 per class plus $10 per membership sold. Ideal candidates are customer service-oriented, articulate, and ready to foster a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• Ability to connect and form rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills to convey membership benefits.

Responsibilities

• Host 1-2 classes per week, mainly evenings and weekends.
• Connect with clients to understand their needs and promote membership.
• Onboard new members and maximize their membership experience.
• Post to social media accounts during classes.
