Metropolitan Community College is seeking enthusiastic Dance Instructors to deliver non-credit courses for community members. Instructors will offer diverse dance styles, adapt to different ages and abilities, and develop engaging lesson plans.

Classes are held at multiple Metro-area locations, mainly weeknights and weekends, with an emphasis on participation, physical activity, and personal enrichment in a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching dance in a studio, classroom, or community education setting.
• Strong knowledge in one or more dance styles (ballroom, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, line dancing, cultural, social).
• Proven ability to demonstrate movements clearly and provide feedback.
• Ability to create engaging, accessible lessons for varied skill levels.
