Job summary

92NY’s Harkness Dance Center invites applications for a Program Manager to lead the Dance Education Laboratory (DEL) initiatives. You will coordinate workshops, online courses, and collaborations with the School of Dance, Artists in Residence, Nursery School, and other divisions to ensure successful programs.

You will manage registrations, payroll tasks, invoices, and content updates while fostering inclusive learning environments and communicating clearly with educators, artists, and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dance or Dance Education.
• Masters in Dance Education preferred.
• DEL training preferred.
• 3+ years in arts administration or educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Support program implementation for DEL workshops and courses.
• Handle event bulletins, registrations, rosters, and invoicing.
• Draft agreements and collaborate with legal and administration teams.
• Assist in content design for LMS and curriculum initiatives.
• Coordinate on- and off-site DEL events and partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with peer cultural arts orgs and patrons.
