Arrow McLaren is seeking a Damper Technician to join the damper team and work with race engineers at the Indianapolis headquarters. The role involves building dampers, springs, and third components with precise attention to tolerances.

You will collaborate with the damper team and engineers, perform physical assembly and dyno testing, and support high-quality race car preparation in a fast-paced environment near race weekends and tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional motorsport experience required.
• High School or equivalent required.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organized, and proven experience to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel requirements may include race weekends and tests.

Responsibilities

• Build dampers, springs, and third components, including physical assembly and dyno testing.

The Damper Technician works alongside the damper team and race engineers and is responsible for building all dampers, springs, and third components, including physical assembly and dyno testing. This role requires meticulous attention to detail when assembling high tolerance components.
