Job summary

Arrow McLaren, based in Indianapolis, seeks a Damper Technician to assemble dampers, springs and related components with extreme precision. You will work closely with the damper team and race engineers to validate performance through dyno testing and meticulous documentation.

The role requires proven motorsport experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

Job description

The Damper Technician works alongside the damper team and race engineers and is responsible for building all dampers, springs, and third components, including physical assembly and dyno testing. This role requires meticulous attention to detail when assembling high tolerance components.
