Job summary

Arrow McLaren is seeking a Damper Technician for our Indianapolis operation. You will build and assemble dampers, springs, and related components with high precision, and conduct dyno testing to validate performance.

You will collaborate closely with the damper team and race engineers to ensure parts meet stringent tolerances. Travel to race weekends and tests is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional motorsport experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organized, ability to multi-task in fast-paced settings.
• Travel may include race weekends and tests.
