Arrow McLaren in Indianapolis, at the McLaren Racing Center, seeks a meticulous Damper Technician. You will join the damper team and race engineers assembling dampers, springs, and third components with precision, ensuring high tolerance builds and reliability for race weekends and tests.

This role requires 3+ years in motorsport, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Travel to races and tests is expected, with competitive benefits and a path to contribute

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional motorsport experience required.
• High School or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail, organized, and proven experience to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel requirements may include race weekends and tests.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build dampers, springs, and third components with high precision.
• Perform physical assembly and dyno testing of components alongside the damper team and race engineers.
