Learn Torchy’s menu, craft drinks to Torchy’s recipes, maintain a clean bar, and collaborate with teammates to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Full-time roles with benefits after 1 year are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stand for several hours and walk long periods.
• Bend/stretch/twist/reach for objects on shelves.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes.
• Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide prompt and efficient service and accurate orders.
• Keep the bar area clean, restock supplies, and follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth service.
