Competenze

• Degree or 2+ years of field operations experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Ability to develop and manage strong relationships and work within a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and good organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of the Damage Prevention and Locate industry is preferred.

Mansioni

• Monitor performance levels of Locate Service Providers to ensure timely, safe and accurate locate services.
• Support damage prevention investigations including reviewing locates and claims disputes.
• Lead local damage prevention awareness sessions for excavators.
• Contractor management oversight of Damage Prevention Service Providers.
• Travel within the geographic area; participate in community meetings and conferences.
• Utilize risk-based software to conduct proactive site meets with excavators.
