The Florida Department of Environmental Protection seeks a Senior Program Analyst to serve as the State Dam Safety Officer for the Division of Water Resource Management in Tallahassee, Florida. This role administers the Florida Dam Safety Program, including FEMA grant management, technical evaluations of dam design and construction, regulatory coordination, and statewide training initiatives.

Formación

Four years of verifiable experience in geotechnical engineering or related fields.
Knowledge of civil, environmental, geotechnical, hydraulic, or water resources engineering principles.
Ability to review engineering reports, technical studies, and design plans for regulatory consistency.
Ability to conduct field inspections and technical assessments of dams and water management infrastructure.
Proficiency with computer applications and GIS to support evaluations and program administration.
