Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required with seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• California regulatory knowledge and major dam project experience are highly desirable.
• Experience with infrastructure programs, complex budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dam Safety Program and oversee a multi-billion-dollar rehabilitation or replacement program.
• Plan, study, design and deliver projects with regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and represent the program before City and regulatory bodies.
• Manage operating, capital, and personnel budgets.
