Key qualifications:

• Valid Driver License
• At least four years of verifiable experience in geotechnical engineering, or related engineering, geologic, environmental science or natural science disciplines
• Knowledge of civil, environmental, geotechnical, hydraulic, or water resources engineering principles and practices
• Ability to review and evaluate engineering reports, technical studies, and design plans for technical adequacy and regulatory consistency
• Ability to conduct field inspections and technical assessments of dams and water management infrastructure
• Skill in utilizing computer applications, GIS, and technical tools to support engineering evaluations and program administration
