Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily logistics operations on the night shift. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while coaching and developing a high-performing team.

You’ll plan schedules, monitor KPIs, implement continuous improvement, and work with the customer to meet service targets. This exempt salary role offers a base salary of $68,000 to $70,000 per year plus a quarterly retention bonus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Accountable for site KPI and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to monitor progress and provide coaching.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and process adherence.
