The position focuses on design leadership, code-compliant documentation, and coordination with firm leadership to align design and construction. Onsite, permanent role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proficient with Revit and construction documents.
• Strong design management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance practice and management to run the Texas Studio.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dallas office and staff.
• Ensure project delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
