Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional architecture experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); licensure or actively pursuing preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; fluency in Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to take a project from conceptual design through schematic design with minimal oversight
• Strong graphic communication skills and a refined eye for materiality, proportion, and detail
• Experience with Texas building codes and familiarity with Dallas-area jurisdictions is a plus
• Salary range: $80,000 – $115,000 per year

About the Role

As an Architectural Designer in Dallas, you will play a central role in shaping hospitality, mixed-use, and urban infill projects across Texas and the Southwest. You will guide design from early concept through schematic design, working closely with principals, project managers, and consultants to deliver thoughtful, buildable architecture.

What You’ll Do
