Job summary

Haz Tek Safety Management is seeking a Project Manager in the Dallas area to oversee PSA services for strategic clients. You will coordinate delivery, staffing, and performance across multiple sites, ensuring quality and timely results.

The role requires leadership of 30–50 remote PSAs and 3–4 regional supervisors, with frequent collaboration across HR, operations, and finance to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years in project/operations management preferred.
• Experience managing 10+ individuals is essential.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is valued.
• Ability to travel across the U.S. and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of PSA services for strategic clients.
• Coordinate with HazTek Sales Leader, Logistics, Recruiting, and other stakeholders.
• Manage 30–50 remote PSAs and 3–4 regional Client Supervisors.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely deliverables.
