Job summary

DelRicht Research in Dallas seeks a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across its multi-clinic network. You will ensure top-notch patient experiences, supervise staff, and manage scheduling and finances to support high-quality clinical trial delivery.

You will build and coach teams, hire and onboard new staff, and collaborate with physicians and sponsors to meet study goals. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing healthcare research network.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare or a related setting.
• At least five years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of operations at a clinical or business site, including team performance and daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across Dallas-market clinics and ensure excellent patient experience.
• Coordinate patient visits to align with study protocols and timelines.
• Develop and coach Clinical Research Coordinators and other site staff.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members as the Dallas region grows.
• Monitor productivity, quality, patient flow, and schedules; address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians on study schedules and operational problem-solving.
• Coordinate with external partners on site visits and data quality.
• Help the region meet revenue and profitability goals through sound financial oversight.
• Prepare teams for new studies and maintain protocol-compliant processes across clinics.
• Support career development opportunities for team members.
