Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for our Dallas, TX Distribution Center to drive sales strategy and client relationships across remodeling and fabrication segments. You will acquire new customers and maintain existing ones, presenting Cosentino products while aligning with short- and long-term goals to deliver top service.

You will lead sales, customer service, and business intelligence efforts, manage CRM records, provide quotes, and coordinate weekly visits to expand market share.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years interacting with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication.
• Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.
• Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples and brochures.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns and scheduling visits.
• Prepare action plans to identify targets and project contacts.
