Qualifications

• Experience with acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate.
• Experience in loan document negotiations and closing process.
• Experience in joint venture transactions is preferred, but not required.
• Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
• Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, financing, structuring and development.
