Job summary

Winstead PC in Dallas seeks 3-6 year associates for our Real Estate Development and Investments group. The attorney will work on complex real estate transactions across the United States, including acquisition, disposition, financing, structuring and development of mixed-use assets.

Ideal candidates have borrower-side loan experience, joint venture experience and experience representing developers and equity investors.

Qualifications

This attorney will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, financing, structuring and development of mixed-use and other commercial real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Real Estate Transactions

Experience in loan document negotiations and closing process.
