Job summary

Winstead PC is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of sophisticated real estate experience, including experience at a large law firm, with a strong background in real estate joint ventures, borrower-side financing, and general commercial real estate transactions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assume responsibility for an established portfolio

Qualifications

• Significant experience with real estate joint ventures, borrower-side real estate financings, and general commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience representing sophisticated developers, investors, owners, sponsors, borrowers, or other real estate clients.
• Prior experience at a large law firm and ability to handle sophisticated matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of client relationships and matters with immediate substantive responsibility.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset to grow the practice and client base.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Dallas to serve clients in person and develop business opportunities.
