Qualifications

• Experience with acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate.
• Loan document negotiations and closing on borrower-side transactions.

• Represent developers and equity investors through development and construction.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Proficient in complex legal drafting and client communications.
