Job summary

You will manage your own deals and contribute to a growing practice, drafting and negotiating loan documents or P&S and JV agreements, with a path toward partnership. Texas bar admission or willingness to sit within a year is required.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Drafting and negotiating loan documents or purchase and sale and JV agreements.
• Strong academics, organization, and writing.
• Texas bar admission, or willingness to sit within a year of joining.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage and mezzanine loan originations on debt and equity deals.
• Acquisitions and dispositions across office, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
• Joint venture structuring between sponsors and institutional equity.
• Loan workouts, modifications, and portfolio transactions.
