Job summary

Danone is seeking an Operations Director in Dallas, TX to lead the state-of-the-art beverage facility's manufacturing operations. You will partner with the Plant Director, manage business unit leaders, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality as top priorities.

The role requires 10+ years of production management in a fast-paced environment, with IWS/Lean experience and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as preferred; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of production management in high-speed food/beverage manufacturing.
• 2+ years of UHT dairy processing experience preferred.
• Experience with budget and cost management; knowledge of IWS/Lean/TPM encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and medium-term production strategies to optimize labor, materials and workflows.
• Drive accountability and cultural change using Integrated Work Systems.
• Monitor SQCDMN metrics: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Mobilization, Nature.
• Oversee Production, Packaging, Processing, Planning and Purchasing functions.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L impact; partner with HR in union environment.
• Oversee capital project planning and ensure GMP, FDA and food quality standards.
