Aufgaben

• Partner with the PECC Team and other CSG groups to advise and develop tailored credit solutions within the firm’s risk parameters
• Conduct thorough diligence on private equity funds and sponsors, including track records and LPAs
• Build and maintain borrowing base certificates and sophisticated financial models/spreads
• Gather and analyze Limited Partner statements and credit data to support underwriting decisions
• Evaluate credit implications of complex structured loans
• Draft committee memos for loan originations and modifications
• Perform ongoing regulatory compliance and risk management efforts
