Eagle Point Solutions is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations in Dallas, coordinating installations, field leadership, and cross-functional activities. The AGM will monitor performance, escalate issues, and align teams with the GM on division-wide decisions to drive results.

The role demands hands-on leadership, superb communication, and a focus on operational excellence across installations, services, and builder relationships in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction operations or related service environments.
• Ability to coach team members and manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfort interpreting installation profitability, operating expenses, and performance reports.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate city team communication and installation execution, ensure owners and follow-through.
• Oversee field manager installation-task ownership and jobsite execution; resolve shortages and repairs.
• Review gross profit and job-margin trends with the GM; implement corrective actions.
• Coach field managers; support onboarding and development for city team members; maintain culture.
• Coordinate with builders and cross-functional teams to confirm scopes of work and pricing.
