Qualifications

• Experience in construction operations, field supervision, flooring/tile installation, or similar service environment.
• Ability to coach team members, coordinate multiple workstreams, and maintain relationships.
• Comfort reading profitability, OPEX, and performance reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; good judgment in challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate city team communication and installation execution, owning tasks and follow-through.
• Oversee field manager installation ownership, territory alignment, and jobsite actions.
• Participate in team scrums and meetings; close email follow-ups by Friday.
• Handle escalations and coordinate corrective actions with field teams.
• Review gross profit and job-margin trends with GM and take corrective actions.
• Manage back charges, expenses, payroll, and PTO processes.
• Coach and develop field managers; support onboarding and training.
• Maintain Dallas staffing and ensure effective onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive culture and coordinate team events.
• Onboard new builders with clear ownership and operational readiness.
• Partner with Design/Territory Sales/Production to confirm scopes and pricing.
• Maintain relationships with builder leadership and report risks to GM.
