Job summary

Brown-Forman in Irving, TX is seeking a Market Manager Emerging Brands for Dallas to drive growth, visibility, and leadership in on/off premise channels. You will lead market plans, coach distributors, and build strong relationships with retailers, bar owners, and managers while aligning with brand strategy and budgets to achieve measurable results.

Role requires travel, nights and weekends as needed, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to turn data into action and deliver premium

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in the beverage alcohol industry.
Proven ability to build relationships across channels and foster collaboration.
Strong communication and teamwork across geographies to drive results.
Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as required.
Valid state driver’s license and ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and personally call on targeted on-premise & off-premise accounts.
Maintain and actively work the targeted account list.
Sell with passion by hand-selling a portfolio of Brown-Forman brands to gatekeepers (retailers, bar owners/managers, bartenders).
Educate staff and coordinate brand education seminars in target accounts.
Secure Brown-Forman priority brand visibility, menus, and features in targeted accounts.
Analyze depletion data and convert insights into actions.
Lead development and execution of Emerging Brand platforms in Dallas market.
Develop market plans with cross-functional teams and track goals with distributor channels.
Coach distributor teams and conduct market ride-withs, monthly reviews, and continuous improvement.
