Qualifications

• 2+ years of related legal experience, litigation support a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• Proficient with document management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Calculating, calendaring, and monitoring litigation and administrative deadlines.
• Organizing and maintaining electronic files for threatened litigation, administrative charges, and lawsuits.
• Preparing, revising, proofreading, and formatting pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Corresponding with courts, clients, local counsel, and opposing counsel.
• Managing document productions.
• Filing in both state and federal courts and with administrative agencies.
• Assisting in preparation for depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings.
• General office coordination including preparing expense reports, processing mail, arranging attorney travel, coordinating office meetings, monitoring supplies, and onboarding new employees.
