Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced Property Manager (Industrial) to oversee operations for an industrial portfolio in Walnut Creek, CA. You will lead a team, manage client and tenant relations, and drive budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting to maximize NOI and asset value.

You will coordinate with leasing, marketing, and operations, ensure building systems performance, and guide staff development while applying new technology to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in office, retail, industrial or healthcare is a plus.
• Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports.
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
• CA Real Estate License is required within 120 days.
• Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required.

• Provide leadership to the property management team and deliver outstanding client service for an industrial portfolio.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports, manage TI and/or capital improvement projects.
• Develop staff and ensure effective communication with building owners and tenants.
• Support leasing, marketing and accounts payable processes.
