Job summary

Generation Hope is seeking a Manager, Philanthropy & Partnerships to grow and steward philanthropic support in Greater Dallas-Fort Worth. This frontline fundraiser will build donor pipelines, cultivate local foundations and businesses, coordinate solicitations, and communicate impact to supporters.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years of fundraising/partnership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Greater Dallas philanthropic landscape is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of donors, foundations, businesses, and community partners in the Greater Dallas area.
• Coordinate solicitations, renewals, and stewardship plans.
• Represent the organization at local meetings and events.
• Manage local grants opportunities and reporting with the grants team.
• Record donor interactions and progress in the CRM and provide regular revenue updates.
