Generation Hope seeks a Manager, Philanthropy & Partnerships to grow and steward philanthropic support in Greater New Orleans. This relationship-focused fundraiser will identify prospective supporters, cultivate local donors and partners, coordinate solicitations, and communicate impact.

Reporting to the Director, Development, DC, the Manager will work with local staff and revenue teams. The role is frontline fundraising; target revenue is $350,000–$500,000+ in year one and requires initiative

Formación

3–5 years in fundraising, partnerships, sales, or relationship-based work.
Strong written and verbal communication with excellent organization.
Experience using a CRM or donor management system.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

Build and manage a portfolio of individual donors, foundations, businesses, and community partners in Greater New Orleans.
Develop cultivation, solicitation, renewal, and stewardship plans with the Director, Development.
Conduct donor and partner meetings, prepare tailored asks, and track commitments.
Identify opportunities for local corporate support and sponsorships.
Coordinate with programs and grants teams on opportunities and reporting.
