Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC seeks a Healthcare Superintendent in Dallas, TX to lead healthcare construction projects with a strong safety focus and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors, manage staffing, and ensure adherence to plans and schedules while controlling costs.

The role requires substantial healthcare construction experience, proven leadership on at least one project, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in healthcare construction.
Experience as lead superintendent on at least one project.
Experience on projects up to $80M preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Advocates safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforces safety plans.
Supervise, coordinate and direct management of construction projects with owners, designers and subcontractors.
Develop and implement detailed schedules and production plans with budget and safety goals.
Prepare or oversee project status reports and payroll documentation.
Review plans and shop drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors.
Procure tools and materials to match the work schedule and staffing needs.
Determine staffing levels and recruit onsite field personnel.
Coordinate regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with HR and payroll policies.
