The Opportunity

We are working with a highly respected General Contractor with annual revenues exceeding $700 million, recognized for delivering some of the most complex and high-profile construction projects in the United States.

Due to continued growth and a significant pipeline of healthcare work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the field operations on major healthcare construction projects in the Dallas, Texas market, with project values typically ranging from $100 million to $250 million+.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for field operations on projects valued at $100M–$250M+.
• Lead and manage the onsite construction team, including Assistant Superintendents and trade partners.
• Establish and maintain project execution plans, schedules and sequencing strategies.
• Coordinate all subcontractors and construction activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and project leadership team to achieve project objectives.
