BRG Advisors in Dallas seeks a General Superintendent to lead multiple ground-up hospital and healthcare construction projects. You will coordinate project management, site teams, trade partners and leadership to deliver on schedule and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, strong knowledge of means and methods, and a track record of developing field leaders while maintaining safety and cost controls on complex healthcare programs.

Competenze

10+ years of construction management experience.
Significant experience with healthcare and hospital construction.
Ground-up hospital construction experience preferred.
Experience managing multiple projects, packages or trade groups.
Strong knowledge of CM processes, means and methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science/Building Science/Construction Management or related field preferred.

Lead multiple healthcare construction projects and provide technical expertise for safe, high-quality execution.
Coordinate construction personnel across projects and trade groups.
Develop project assignments, timetables, manpower plans and responsibilities for field teams.
Maintain project schedules by adjusting work sequences based on manpower and resources.
Coach and develop direct reports and provide performance feedback.
Monitor field productivity and forecast completion percentages.
Inspect work for compliance with plans, specs and quality standards.
Maintain safety culture and eliminate hazards.
Apply LEAN/reliability principles and pull planning.
