Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC seeks a Superintendent in Atlanta to lead healthcare construction projects. The role requires enforcing safety standards, coordinating with estimators, project managers, designers, and subcontractors, and developing detailed schedules with budget considerations.

Ideal candidates will have 4–7 years of commercial construction leadership, experience as lead superintendent on at least one project, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience leading in commercial construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Advocates safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforces safety plans and policies.
• Supervises and coordinates management of construction projects with owner, designers, and subcontractors.
• Develops schedules and production plans with budget and safety goals.
• Prepares or oversees submission of payroll and HR documentation.
• Oversees review of plans and shop drawings and coordinates with project team.
• Manages staffing levels, procurement of tools and materials, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensures schedules are adhered to and regulatory inspections are coordinated.
