Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in pharma, compounding pharmacy, or healthcare.
• Existing relationships within the Dallas functional medicine/hormone therapy community is a plus.
• Ability to sell into independent, cash-pay medical practices.
• Must reside in Dallas, Texas and be able to travel up to 75%.

• Build and manage the assigned territory, targeting health and longevity clinics and integrative medicine providers.
• Conduct in-person office visits to introduce Medivant's product portfolio and generate initial orders.
• Identify and prioritize innovator-segment physicians and clinics.
• Onboard new customer accounts and enable ordering.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to first order and ongoing account management.
• Coordinate handoffs with inside sales to support growth.
• Maintain CRM records for interactions, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Attend regional and national conferences as required (A4M, IFM, PCCA, NCPA).
