As the first dedicated sales leader in this market, you will open doors with senior executives, shape opportunities, and align our capabilities with client needs to drive meaningful consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development or sales, ideally within consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record of originating and closing net-new business.
• Strong relationships and a network within the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
• Experience selling to senior executives and navigating complex organizations.
• Ability to build account strategies and forecast opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build the Dallas market with focused growth strategies across priority accounts.
• Identify prospects, open doors, and develop relationships leading to engagements.
• Own the sales cycle from outreach through proposal, negotiation, to signed engagement.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with clear strategies, next steps, and forecasts.
• Develop executive relationships with senior business and tech leaders.
• Coordinate with Thought Logic leaders to shape solutions across capabilities.
• Lead pursuit and keep opportunities moving, aligning teams around each pursuit.
• Grow client relationships over time into long-term partnerships.
