Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience within the property restoration and/or contents restoration industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing restoration operations, teams, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of fire, water, smoke, and property‑loss restoration services.
• Proven ability to manage job profitability, labor costs, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Experience hiring, developing, and holding management‑level employees accountable.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to develop and implement operational systems, procedures, and performance metrics.
• A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to make decisions independently.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations across restoration facilities, warehouse, production, field operations, and project management departments.
• Oversee the complete contents restoration process, including assessments, inventories, pack-outs, specialized cleaning, storage, and pack-backs.
• Establish consistent operational processes that improve efficiency, accountability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, labor utilization, equipment, fleet operations, logistics, and production capacity.
• Oversee complex residential, commercial, and large-loss projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
• Build scalable operating systems capable of supporting significant future growth.
