The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, budgeting, safety, and process improvements to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site leadership or similar roles within large fulfillment/distribution centers.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment center operations including order processing, inventory, warehousing, and shipping.
• Experience managing large teams of hourly and salaried employees.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Solid financial acumen with budgeting and cost-management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of WMS and relevant software; familiarity with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the entire team to foster a productive environment.
• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment center operations for D2C and B2B orders, inventory, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish distinctions for D2C vs. B2B fulfillment and optimize flow paths and picking methods.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement; ensure safety compliance and minimal accidents.
• Develop and manage the site budget, identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, customer service, and quality control; report to regional leadership.
